Tuesday Tip: Productivity

Taking breaks at work can make you happier, more focused, and more productive. Make the time during your day to do a little yoga, take a quick walk around the office building for fresh air, send a text to your special someone and share some love.

If you work out of the house, take five minutes for a cuddle break with your pet. It doesn't matter what you do; just make sure you pause your workload to reset!
